L’écosystème est à l’origine un terme utilisé par les Verts qui correspond au système écologique. En effet, un écosystème écologique (définit par Tansley en 1935) est « un système d’interactions entre les populations de différentes espèces vivant dans un même site, et entre ces populations et le milieu physique » —(Frontier, 1999). En d’autres termes, il s’agit de l’association entre la biocœnose et le biotope. Cette notion d’écosystème est prépondérante en sciences de la vie car l’étude d’une espèce qui ferait abstraction de l’étude de son environnement et de ses interactions serait inadéquate. (Sciences de gestion)Le concept d’écosystème d’affaire(ESA) apparaît la première fois dans la littérature en stratégie en 1973 concernant les effets perçus des influences de l’environnement auprès de cadres marketing —(Healy et Stein, 1973). Le concept est épris en 1980 pour décrire l’industrie automobile américaine comme un vaste ESA regroupant des acteurs aux métiers différents —(Parize, 2012). Dès lors, plusieurs publications se sont intéressées à cette notion, jusqu’à ce que Moore (1993), à qui l’on doit la diffusion et le succès du terme, explique véritablement cette notion dans un article de la Harvard Business Review</ins>.</div></td></tr>
